Benefits for individuals
Osta.ee offers discounts for loyal costumers according to the following criteria: rating, participation in auctions, total sales and successful auctions. Evaluation is carried out in every 3 months (except rating). See table:

The user will receive discount according to the highest criterion fulfilled.
For example: User rating is 16, he has participated in 170 auctions in the last 3 months., his total sales amount to 300€ . According to the table, he will receive 9% discount on all services* included in the price list (level 4), because by participating in 170 auctions, he fulfilled the criteria for that level.
*Regular customer discounts do not apply to additional services.
* Osta.ee has the right to remove loyalty benefits if the user has violated the terms of the User Agreement or for any other good reason.
