MY OSTA >NOTICES - Your correspondence with Osta.ee users, messages from Osta.ee and complaints:

* Received messages - messages that have been sent to you through Osta.ee system. This may include letters on the following topics: you are winning bidder, you were outbid, etc. or a message from the winning bidder/seller of recently closed auction. The letter with the same content will also be sent to your active e-mail address. You will find your active e-mail address in: My Osta > Profile >E-mail addresses
* Sent messages - e-mails and messages that you have sent to other Osta.ee users and people outside Osta.ee system (such as recommending certain auction to a friend by using the link "Recommend to a friend").
* Complaints - complaints filed by and/or against you. By using the link "View", you can view the detailed description of the complaint, comment by the other party, add specifying information and see resolutions made by Osta.ee. More information on filing complaints is available here.
* Unanswered questions - if You are currently running auction(s), the parties interested may ask you questions about the item on sale in the section of questions and answers. Here You can answer them.
Questions will appear under the auction only after replying. If you don't want some of the questions to appear, don't reply to them.
