Deposit instructions for the seller

After the auction has ended/purchase is made and transport method selected the buyer may start secured payment. 
You will be notified of the initiation of secured payment by e-mail. You will see the message in Osta.ee "Received messages" as well. Besides, you will see unfinished secured payment on Dachboard.
For further information about secured payment click on the link in e-mail or link on the Dashboard> Needs attention > Reservations. 
You can view all secured payments transferred to you under My Money > Reserved for me.

Shipping
Ship the item and make relevant indication to the secured payment. The calculation of the delivery time starts from the moment the deposit payment is done. 
After the buyer has received the item and satisifed with it, he/she will confirm it in Osta.ee system and the money will be transferred to your e-account.

Special cases
If the buyer has received the item but does not confirm it in the a few days, you should contact the buyer and if necessary file a complaint.
If the item did not reach buyer within delivery period, buyer will probably file relevant complaint, but you may also file a complaint by yourself. Complaints can be filed directly from your sale view.

Secured payment (deposit) that is not transferred to the seller after 36 hrs the item has been received from Itella Smartpost, DPD, Venipak, Unisend, Omniva parcel locker or Omniva post office, will be transferred to the seller automatically. So in that case you do not have to file a complaint.  Secured payment will not be automatically transferred when a complaint has been filed and is yet active.

After the complaint has been solved, Osta.ee will transfer the money based on the solution either to your or buyer's e-account.

The buyer is able to release the deposit payment at any time, including during the complaint.

The deposit cannot be automatically cancelled. If there should be necessity to cancel the deposit, one party proposes to return the deposit and the other party either accepts or refuses to return it. If there is a dispute between the parties over the deposit payment, a complaint must be submitted.
