Penalty invoice

Osta.ee will charge contractual penalty up to 20% of the closing value (minimum 15.00 EUR) if the user has violated User Agreement clauses 3.1.1 - 3.1.18.

For example: if the seller does not sell the item to the winning bidder, or if the winning bidder does not pay for the item; artificial increase of an item's price at auction; publishing contact information in auction description or in the section of questions and answers; sales of the listed goods outside the auction, etc.
