Participation fee

Participation fee is similar to a payment for participating in auction and it will not be returned to bidder (contrary to preliminary deposit) and the seller will keep it.

Auction participation fee can be established by companies although usually it is used by state agencies.
Pursuant to the procedure for state assets transfer, the participation fee constitutes 1-5% of starting price.

How does the buyer pay participation fee?
Participation fee will be debited from your e-account when you start bidding, therefore required amount should be previously transferred to e-account. Upon failure to pay participation fee the bid will not be confirmed.
