Buying on Osta.ee is always safe. Why and how?

1. All of our users who can buy and sell are authenticated through an ID card or bank account, which means there are no anonymous users, and there is a real person with verified data behind every Osta.ee account. Each private individual can register with only one account.

2. We recommend that you pay for your purchases with a deposit, or Secured Payment, and this service is FREE for our users. The seller must always accept a deposit payment if the buyer wishes to use this payment method. If the goods do not reach the buyer, 100% of the money will be refunded. The seller also has the certainty that the money has been transferred.

3. We have a good cooperation with the Police and Border Guard Board, the Consumer Protection Board, and many other agencies. In addition, Osta.ee cooperates with brand representatives to detect piracy.
