Deliverying the parcel to a parcel locker: please choose the method you find the most convenient for entering a parcel and printing the parcel label:

  1. Scan the QR code in the attachment of the confirmation letter (sent via email), then print the parcel label and attach it to the parcel.

  2. Enter the parcel locker’s PIN code that is displayed under the QR code in the confirmation letter, then print the parcel label and attach it to the parcel.

  3. Print the parcel label and attach it to the parcel before taking it to a parcel locker.

NB! Please make sure that you’ve attached the parcel label when you enter a parcel into the locker. If you’ve failed to do so, the delivery may take longer.

You can print out a receipt from the parcel locker to prove the delivery.
