Feedback
Feedback by other users is crucial in developing your reputation in Osta.ee.
It can be useful both for buyer and seller - we all want to know the people we are doing business with, and whether our business partner is honest or not.
- The feedback left during the period of 1 year are used to establish user's rating.
- Your feedback contains your user name and date;
- Osta.ee does not take responsibility for the feedback left. Therefore you should be careful not to make comments that are wrong, insulting or disturbing. To be on the safe side, make only unemotional matter-of-fact comments based on facts;
- If one party to the transaction has already left feedback then you can provide feedback to the other party by responding - either positive, negative or neutral. The response will be taken into account as a feedback as well (positive +1, negative -1 and neutral 0).
- You can view feedback on each user by clicking on his/her user name.
- NB! Feedback can be left only by the seller and the highest bidder or BuyNow bidder.

Sometimes a deal may not go exactly as you want. For this reason, parties are also asked to leave feedback on the transaction. However, should it happen that the other party leaves feedback on the transaction that you definitely do not agree with (whether the comment is rude or for some other reason not suitable for the Osta.ee environment), we ask you to submit an internal complaint to contest the feedback.
In case it is not possible to lodge a complaint, please contact the Osta.ee Customer Support at klienditugi(@)osta.ee.
How to leave feedback?
As a buyer you can comment on buyer in two ways:
- Choose Dashboard > Purchases / items won > Choose action > "Leave feedback";
- Choose Dashboard > Purchases / items won > click on red text "No feedback left".
