Payments using Osta e-account

As a buyer you can use Osta.ee e-account to pay for Osta.ee services and make refunds to buyers if necessary. 
Buyers use Osta.ee e-account to pay for purchases (via e-account transfer or deposit payment). 

In order to use your e-account to make payments or pay invoices you have to transfer some money to your e-account first. More information about downpayment to e-account.

How to use an e-account to pay Osta.ee invoices?

  • To transfer sufficient sum of money to your e-account, click Dashboard > My money > Downpayment to e-account; 
  • To pay invoices click Dashboard > Needs attention > Invoices > choose invoices > click Pay selected invoices. 

How to use an e-account to make refunds to buyer? 

  • Click on Dashboard > My money > E-account transfer > insert item ID; buyers username and the sum amount;
  • An e-account transfer can be made within one year after the end of the sale.

All payments made via e-account are free of charge!

It is always possible to make an outpayment from an e-account to you bank account. More information about e-account outpayment.

Please remember:

  • In case of unpaid invoices you cannot pay out more than the amount beyond the total value of  unpaid invoices.

NB! Please note that new and less active sellers can only choose between two possible payment methods on their sales - deposit payment (mandatory) and in cash.
