Packages for e-shop

We support small and medium-sized e-shops with our pricing.

If you have less than 20 items in your e-shop, you only have to pay for successful sales.

For e-shops with 21 items or more, we charge a monthly bundling fee, based on the number of items.

Frequently asked questions:

  • If I don't choose any e-shop packages, what happens?

 If I don't select a package when I don't buy an online e-shop? If no package is selected, the default free XS package (up to 20 items) will apply.

  • If I want to change my package, how can I do this? When does the new package start?

 Log in to your account, go to the e-shop page and activate the package that suits you. The selected package will be valid from the new calendar month.

  • For example, if I choose an S-package, can I add an unlimited number of ads per month over the limit? When will I be billed for an over-limit ad?

The volume of free classifieds is based on the package you choose. Activation of an over-limit sale costs 0.20 cents, valid for 30 days. You will be billed the following month for sales above the limit.

  • When will I be invoiced for the package fee?

A six-month package prepayment invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month. The invoice will be credited on the same day, in full, from the e-shop e-account. If there are insufficient funds in the e-account at the time, you will have to pay the invoice yourself by the due date.

  • Which items will be deactivated if I choose the free package but have more than 20 items for sale?

For a free package, the first 20 items (from the oldest, by time of insertion) will be counted in the XML. Any items that exceed the number of items allowed will remain unchecked.

  • Can there still be more than 1 quantity per item?

Yes, there is no quantity limit per item.  For example, if you are selling a cup of coffee and you enter a quantity of 50 items, we will count the number of items as one.

  • How are products selected for the Special Offers category?

 All the promotional offers from e-shops are grouped together on one page. There is no need to enter them separately, they are automatically selected from your promotions.

  • How long is the extra service of a special offer valid on a product?

 The special offer will be activated from 00:00:00 until 23:59:59. If the special offer is purchased for the same day, the expiry time is 23:59:59 on the same day.
