E-account outpayment

You can use the e-account outpayment option to transfer money from your Osta.ee account to your bank account. To do this, go to Go to Dashboard > My money > E-account outpayment. 

1. Select My money > E-account outpayment. 
2. You will see the maximum amount you can withdraw at the moment.
3. In the "Amount" field, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and, if you have more than one bank account, select which one to withdraw to.
4. If everything is OK, click "Continue". Then, before confirming the payment, the system will ask you to authenticate yourself for security reasons.

Payments made before 11 a.m. will be received on the same working day, and the remaining payments will generally be received the next working day.

When making an E-account outpayment, it is important that your name on the Osta.ee account and in the bank are the same. If the names do not match, the money will be credited back to your e-account. If your name has changed in the meantime, the name will be changed automatically when you authenticate your account. If, for any reason, your name does not appear in the automated system, please let us know by writing to [email protected] and adding your former and current name and ID. We will update the details on the account and you will then be able to make a withdrawal.


Remember:
* There is no service fee for e-account outpayment
* E-account outpayment are made in euros.
* If you have outstanding bills, it is not possible to withdraw more than the amount of the total amount of outstanding bills.

Payment from an e-account to another person's bank account
If you would like to transfer money from your Osta.ee e-account to another person's bank account, you can do so by sending a free-form digitally signed statement to Osta.ee Customer Support at [email protected] in advance. In the application, you must state your name and personal identification number and the name and bank account number of the person to whom you wish to transfer the money. In addition, you must state the expiry date of the application.
