How is user rating calculated?

The user rating percentage is calculated on the basis of comments left on transactions in the last year. The percentage is the ratio of positive to negative comments.

For example, you have received 5 positive feedbacks and 1 negative feedback in the last year. The percentage of negative feedback is 100/6 what is 16.7 (16.666)%. 100%-16.7%=83.3%. So your rating is 83.3%. Once a year has passed since the negative feedback transaction, it will no longer be counted in your rating and you can be a 100% positive user again.

Neutral feedback does not affect the rating.

Every comment-response posted by each separate user will contribute to your feedback score (negative –1, positive +1, neutral 0).
Comments older than one year will still remain available in your user profile, but they will no longer be taken into account for calculating the loyal costumer discount.
