Breach of user agreement

By registering as a user of Osta.ee or by carrying out transactions on the website, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, accept them and undertake to comply with them in full. You may review the User Agreement here at any time should you need to do so.

Remember that:

• In the event of a breach of the User Agreement rules, Osta.ee has the right to suspend or limit a user's account for a specified period of time.
• In the event of a breach of the User's obligations set out in sections 3.1.1. to 3.1.17., Osta.ee has the right to charge the User a contractual penalty of up to 20% of the final price of the offer, with a minimum of Eur15.
• Osta.ee has the right to modify/delete the comments left, deactivate the possibility to leave feedback, if necessary, and leave feedback on the transaction or the user's activity.

We hope that you will comply with the User Agreement correctly and that we will not need to enforce the above points against you.
