Platform fee
The platform fee is a fee that applies to all purchases. The platform fee is €0.19 (including VAT).
- From the fourth purchase on the same day, the platform fee no longer applies.
- When making a purchase without logging in (using a guest account), the platform fee always applies.
NB! If the guest account is linked to your authenticated account, your purchases will be counted in the same way as purchases made with your authenticated account. For example: If you make a purchase from a guest account that is linked to your registered account and make three more purchases on the same day while logged in, the platform fee will no longer apply to the fourth purchase. - The platform fee does not apply to the collections category (except for collection-other subcategory).
- If the transaction does not take place due to the seller's fault, the platform fee will be refunded to the buyer in full upon the decision of the claim.
The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority does not process transactions worth less than €30, but Osta.ee helps resolve disputes involving transactions worth as little as €0.10.
