Online Platform Transparency Report (DSA)
Based on the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA), Osta.ee publishes a transparency report to provide an overview of our activities in ensuring a safe and reliable online environment.
The requirement to submit this report stems from Article 15 of the Digital Services Act. As Osta.ee provides online platform services (pursuant to Article 3(i)), additional due diligence obligations and reporting requirements apply to us as a service provider under Articles 24 and 42.
Reporting is mandatory for all service providers within the scope of the DSA that are at least medium-sized enterprises according to European Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC.
