The Venipak parcel machine network includes 166 machines throughout Estonia. All Venipak parcel machines are conveniently located and open 24/7.

Using Venipak Parcel Service in the OSTA.EE System
When participating in an auction, you`ll see transport information indicating whether the seller offers Venipak service for package delivery, along with the displayed shipping cost.
After successfully purchasing an item, a "Needs attention"; title appears on the right side of the Osta.ee environment, under "Transport unconfirmed". By clicking this link, you can access a list of your purchased items without a confirmed shipping method. Here, you can select the Venipak parcel machine as your preferred delivery option.
Once you confirm the transport method, the package code is sent to the seller, allowing them to send the item.
Receiving the Package from the Machine
When your parcel arrives at the selected parcel machine, you`ll receive an email and SMS with the door code for the machine. Enter the received door code into the Venipak parcel machine, pay the postage costs, and, when the door opens, you can collect your package.
General Information
Upon receiving the package, you must pay the shipping cost as specified in the auction item information. Please note that the shipping cost is determined by the actual dimensions of the package. If the shipping cost differs from what`s shown in the item information, it means the actual package dimensions differ from the size initially provided by the seller. Payment at the parcel machine can only be made with a bank card.
