Contacting the buyer

When the sale has been closed and your goods have been purchased, it is time to contact the highest bidder or the bidder that offered BuyNow price.

According to the user agreement, the parties are obliged to exchange initial information within 7 days of the auction closing.

As the seller, you can send a letter to the other party after the auction has ended:

I am selling-> Successfully closed-> Select auction-> Select action-> Send a letter.

What to do if the buyer has disappeared without a trace?
If the buyer has not replied to your emails or calls within 7 days, please submit a claim.

The time limit for submitting a complaint is 21 days after the end of the sale + the delivery time indicated in the "Delivery time" box. The delivery time must be indicated in the auction description in the "Delivery time" box.

You can submit a complaint by going to Dashboard > I am selling > Successfully completed > Choose action > Submit a complaint.

* Items sold in the cars and motorbikes category cannot be the subject of a complaint.

Note to seller:

It is prohibited to re-sell an item during an open complaint, unless otherwise specified by Buy.ee. In this case, the commission will remain in force or the new sale will be closed. 
If the dispute is settled in your favour, the entire transaction will be cancelled, including the commission.
