How to file a complaint

If you are a seller, you can file a complaint by doing the following: MY OSTA > AUCTIONS > Successfully closed >click on auction title > at the information on auction winner(s) "File a complaint"

If you are a buyer, you can file a complaint by doing the following: MY OSTA > BIDS > Winning bids > under selected auction title "File a complaint"

NB! The deadline for filing a free complaint is 21 days after the end of the transaction (+ the delivery time indicated) after the end of the auction!
There is a fee of 5.90 € for opening a repeat claim or a claim not submitted in time. After submitting the complaint, the prepayment invoice must be paid, otherwise the complaint will not reach Osta.ee.

 After submitting a claim, the parties may reach a mutual agreement and, if desired, the claimant may close the claim themselves. Osta.ee's claim resolver will intervene in the claim no later than 7 days after it is submitted. Osta.ee may intervene in the complaint earlier and make a decision.


When writing a complaint first choose the subject of complaint and then describe in detail the circumstances that caused you to file the complaint.
The more detailed the description, the easier it is for the other party to respond and for Osta.ee support team to make a decision.
After filing the complaint relevant notice thereof shall be sent to the e-mail address of the defendant and to the Osta.ee support team.
