Feedback

Feedback by other users is crucial in developing your reputation in Osta.ee.
It can be useful both for buyer and seller - we all want to know the people we are doing business with, and whether our business partner is honest or not.

User rating is based on the feedback over the last 1 year. Therefore, you should be careful not to give ratings that are false, offensive or disturbing. Therefore, only make unemotional comments based on facts.

If the other party to the transaction has already left you feedback, you can leave them feedback as a response and rate your response as positive, negative or neutral. The response will be taken into account in the rating as feedback (positive +1, negative -1 and neutral 0 respectively).

  • Feedback includes the username and date of the commenter;
  • You can see the feedback left for each user by clicking on their username;
  • Feedback can only be left by the seller of the closed sale and the highest or BuyNow price bidder;
  • Feedback can be left within 60 days after the auction has ended or after a successful purchase/sale;
  • If you mistakenly left the wrong feedback, you can change it from negative to neutral or positive and neutral to positive within 7 days.
    The party at fault in the final resolution of the complaint will be removed from the possibility to leave feedback on the transaction;
  • Osta.ee reserves the right to modify/delete the feedback left and, if necessary, deactivate the possibility to leave feedback;
  • Osta.ee shall not be liable for the feedback given.
  • Sometimes a deal may not go exactly as you want. For this reason, parties are also asked to leave feedback on the transaction. However, should it happen that the other party leaves feedback on the transaction that you definitely do not agree with (whether the comment is rude or for some other reason not suitable for the Osta.ee environment), we ask you to submit an internal complaint to contest the feedback.

How to leave feedback?

As a seller you can comment on buyer in three ways:

  • Choose Dashboard > Successfully ended > Choose action (under the name of the winner) > "Leave feedback".
  • Choose Dashboard > Successfully ended> click on the transaction > if the item is sent, click "Item sent" > after that you can see a field "Leave feedback for the transaction";
  • Choose Dashboard > Successfully ended> find the right transaction > click on "No feedback left".
